As a client, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the fulfillment of our services. You represent that your use of our services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and will not infringe upon any third-party rights.
Upon final activation payment for any engineered asset or technical logic, all intellectual property rights for the specific digital deliverables are transferred to you. IMGB Digital Solutions retains a non-exclusive right to showcases the completed architecture in our professional portfolio and technical documentation materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
All technical activation transactions are handled securely through Paddle, our authorized merchant of record for software and digital solutions. By initiating a purchase, you agree to both IMGB Digital Solutions' pricing and Paddle's global terms of service. All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise specified.
Due to the bespoke nature of digital products and software assets, refunds are generally not issued once technical scoping and deployment have officially commenced. For subscription-based maintenance or engagement growth packages, you may cancel at any time via your platform dashboard; however, no partial refunds are provided for the current billing cycle.
IMGB Digital Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of technical data or system uptime) arising out of or in connection with our technical solutions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
